SoundCheck is proud to be selected as the largest supplier of computer systems, audio solutions, and WiFi for hostels in the Backpacker chain; and is very pleased with the achievement of providing a high-speed WiFi network with strict requirements.

With more than 1 Tb of data downloaded by in-house guests every ten days, VBH asked SoundCheck experts to build a 2x 80Mb load-balanced Internet connection to handle this large traffic. The network is properly partitioned to prevent guests from accessing staff computers, security cameras, cash registers, or office PCs. SoundCheck's sound system is installed to suit a variety of configurations, from karaoke rooms to outdoor pool parties.

VBH requested a Social Media WiFi solution after Kahunas Beach Club had been built for a few years; we added this location to the public WiFi system so that VBH could see the percentage of guests staying in the hostel using and the beach club using. Guests only need to log in to one of the two locations and can use the WiFi at the other location, making it very convenient to provide the WiFi passwords for each visitor.

Within four months, SoundCheck has taken 360-degree panoramic photography for the large Furama Resort, including Furama Villas and Ariyana Convention Center. One of the significant challenges that the Marketing team at Furama regularly faces is the overwhelming number of pins marking their location on Google Maps because guests often leave behind pins that aren't identified. SoundCheck solved this problem by verifying all locations and consolidating them into single locations for the resort, managed by the Marketing team.

You can easily see Furama's name and logo added to each 360-degree panorama in the virtual tour, as requested by the customer and in compliance with Google's guidelines.

The Grand Ocean Hotel is a testament to SoundCheck's ability to capture beautiful photos even in difficult lighting conditions. By using 360-degree imaging technology and by stitching together images from at least nine different photos, SoundCheck created clear 360-degree panoramas in all directions, even when looking through a window. This method solves the problem of exposure, resulting in more realistic colors, even when shooting in difficult lighting conditions.

A few weeks before the grand opening, Beach Haven Suites contacted SoundCheck VietNam for SEO support. Many other units in the Tan Thanh area or An Bang Beach could not locate themselves on Google Maps without our help. At that time, the roads were still not updated on Google Maps.

During our inspection of the business area, we discovered a common condition in the server cabinet or telecom - a tangle of cables left by the phone installers, security, camera, or Internet. It is finished unprofessionally and with no regard for the general system.

Then, within two days, we completely redesigned the entire cabinet, moving the PABX (telephone system) out of the small appliance rack and hanging it on the side wall. We installed the Mikrotik 24 port switch to replace many other spare boxes and mounted the DVR correctly. In addition, we complete room-to-room ethernet cabling for Smart TVs and manage available bandwidth to ensure high-priority feeds (TVs, Security Cameras) take precedence over lower-priority traffic (WiFi, office PC). All these have helped to make the hotel's server system tidy, and highly available, and the WiFi connection is solid and reliable.
