The manager of Ut Tich cafe called on SoundCheck to help improve the restaurant's WiFi system because of its unstable condition and the use of many different WiFi names in the building. SoundCheck reconfigured and upgraded existing equipment to improve WiFi speed by up to 400% and consolidated WiFi names into a single network to help customers log in effortlessly and increase security.

We usually test cables before doing any work for customers, as we've found that plugs with poor conductors can still provide a connection, but up to 100 times slower. SoundCheck Vietnam has always had a great relationship with Mango Mango Management Board; and also has been providing Ad-Hoc service to all of the restaurant groups (Mango Rooms, Maifish, Fatfish, 37 Restaurant) for many years.

SoundCheck ran the cables on site when the first Mango Mango was built and then assisted again when the original restaurant doubled in size to what it is today, one of the largest and most popular in Hoi An.

Initially, SoundCheck only contracted to install the speaker system and background music; we also installed the stage sound and lighting system after the restaurant was expanded.

As the relationship between the two parties reached a new height, Mango Mango signed a LANcare contract covering all the technologies in place. Under this deal, we've upgraded POS and WiFi, added Spotify options to their existing music system, and are always ready to respond quickly to any issues occurring.

Mia Coffee, Hoi An

Mia Coffee is a familiar place for many people coming to Hoi An. Initially, the shop contacted SoundCheck to update the Street View image. They then decided to purchase our full package of Business Photos, Location Verification, 360-degree Street View Photos, and Social Media WiFi.

During the reinstalling period of the WiFi network, we discovered that this tiny cafe already had two fulfilled Internet connections available, one of which was used exclusively for only security cameras purpose.

We have migrated security cameras to the larger Internet connection of the two and separated the Employee and Guest networks to ensure that devices such as POS computers and others do not share the Internet connection with the guests' row. After that, we cut off a redundant connection, saving Mia Coffee monthly costs and improving the quality of the WiFi network to achieve better coverage and much faster speeds than before.

Following Deckhouse's requirement, SoundCheck supported the sound system after being damaged by the impact of the marine environment. When finishing the fixing and rewinding of the speakers in the best possible way, we were asked to set up the stage for their live music performances and maintain their sound systems and equipment throughout their time. There are shows every week during summer vacation.

When the trust is stronger between the two parties, The Deckhouse entered into a LANcare agreement with SoundCheck, covering all Security Cameras, WiFi, and Computer Networks, as well as POS computers and other devices.

We outlined a solution to separate the Customer and Employee networks to ensure security and fix the messy "Ad-Hoc" network as buildings improve and expand. In addition, we have replaced many indoor-grade WiFi devices with high-quality outdoor Unifi WiFi hotspots and added our Purple WiFi social network WiFi to the guest network. Thus, it helps staff better understand guest behavior, then making the login process much simpler.

A major challenge at this site is the impact of salty sea breezes terrible at corroding metals. So we installed a new appliance cabinet and a Mikrotik 24 gate switch to move all essential equipment into the cabinet, keeping everything organized and protected.

Salt Pub hired SoundCheck to build the system from scratch, helping us to design and build things intuitively and logically. We were tasked with installing computer networks, sound systems, TVs, code boxes, and setting up WiFi.

Since Salt Pub is a new place, we have also added and verified their location on Google Maps by adding 360-degree Street View photos and setting up a Google My Business account to hand over to Salt Pub Management. All these will help customers find and know Salt Pub more easily on the Internet.

Shore Club is part of a joint ownership with Deckhouse, SoundCheck was also invited to provide services like Security Cameras, Social Media WiFi, Computer Networking, and POS through a pre-existing LANcare service agreement when the area was built.

SoundCheck was there from the ground up to do all the data cabling, so the site was built quickly while the contractor was working on it and continues to provide service today.

The Management requested that the Social Media WiFi service be added to the system of both bars, allowing customers to access with just one login at The Deckhouse or Shore Club. This makes it convenient for customers, then gives Management a way to measure the number of visitors to both bars while encouraging cross-promotion and returning customers.

This project is a complete refurbishment and reconstruction of an existing house into a refined classical style.

SoundCheck provided comprehensive computer cabling, POS terminals, Social Media WiFi service, and location verification on Google Maps. When we decided to add a bar as a second location for marketing purposes, we verified the location again.

With the desire to use simple but effective technology to focus on creating Hoi An's most original dishes, ThirtySeven Management Board trusted to choose LANcare Contract and entrusted SoundCheck with service and advice when necessary.
